«Oy!» is the klezmer album by Swedish group Tummel, released in 2001 on the Tummel label on CD.
The album draws on klezmer and Eastern European tradition to build a repertoire that is both festive and melancholic, with winds and percussion as its base. Tracks like 'Mazltov Cocktail' and 'Doina for Restless Souls' show the contrast between energetic moments and more subdued passages.
Edition of 14 tracks with a duration of 66 minutes, released in Sweden; reference TUMCD 001.
For fans of world music and folk, especially klezmer fusions.
