«Plays Elvis Presley» is the tribute album to Elvis Presley by The London Unity Orchestra, released in 2004 by New Sound, on CD.
The London Unity Orchestra pays tribute with orchestral arrangements to a selection of songs popularized by Elvis Presley. These instrumental versions, with strings and brass, give the melodies a solemn and cinematic air, far from the original rock and roll and close to light music.
The album was released on January 15, 2004, consists of a single audio CD and falls within pop rock.
Intended for fans of Elvis Presley and for those who enjoy orchestral versions of popular songs.
