«Plenty, Plenty Soul» is the jazz album by Milt Jackson, released in 1990 by Warner Brothers on CD.
In 1957, Milt Jackson recorded these pieces with two ensemble formats: a nonet with arrangements by Quincy Jones and a septet. The music moves between hard bop and soul-jazz, with Cannonball Adderley and Horace Silver among the musicians, and reveals the vibraphonist's sense of blues.
Remastered reissue, with a duration of 41 minutes.
For fans of hard bop and classic soul-jazz from the fifties.
