«Pop Artificielle» is the electronic music album by LB (Lassigue Bendthaus), released in 1998 by KK Records on CD.
On Pop Artificielle, LB develops an avant-garde electronic sound that crosses pop structures with digital textures. The pieces move through glitch, IDM, electro and downtempo, with meticulous technical production and an artificial, experimental approach that transforms digital processing into pop melodies.
The album contains a single disc and the Belgian edition from KK Records carries the catalog reference KK 141.
Will appeal to collectors and listeners of experimental electronic music, especially those seeking glitch, IDM and downtempo from the late 90s.
