«Puerto Presente» is the album by Macaco, released in 2009 by Emi Music, on CD.
The record blends reggae, Latin rhythms, folk and pop into a hybrid sound, with lyrics alternating social awareness and optimism over danceable melodies. «Moving», «Tengo» and «Aquí ahora» are among the album's best-known tracks.
The Spanish edition consists of a single CD; the cover reproduces a vintage image in sepia tones.
Aimed at listeners of Spanish pop with a mix of reggae and Latin rhythms, in line with Macaco's hybrid sound.
