«Read My Lips» is the debut album by British singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor, released in 2002 by Polydor on CD.
The album combines pop, disco and electronics with echoes of the 1980s, within a synth-pop and house style. The hit singles «Murder on the Dancefloor» and «Take Me Home» exemplify its more danceable side, alongside other tracks such as «Get Over You».
The CD contains 13 tracks, including a live version of «Groovejet (If This Ain't Love)».
For fans of danceable pop and the disco-electronic sound of the 2000s.
