«Rendez-Vous 98» is the CD single by Jean-Michel Jarre and Apollo Four Forty, released in 1998 on Epic and Disques Dreyfus.
The single crosses Jean-Michel Jarre's characteristic electronics with Apollo Four Forty's big beat: over progressive trance rhythms and driving basslines, the track unfolds in several versions showcasing the collaboration between the two artists. The CD thus offers a sample of the danceable electronic sound of the late nineties.
European CD maxi-single edition, released by Epic and Disques Dreyfus with catalogue number EPC 665625 2.
For listeners of nineties electronic music, fans of Jean-Michel Jarre and of the fusion of progressive trance with big beat.
