«Secada» is the self-titled debut album by Jon Secada, released by Sbk on CD.
The album combines pop, soft rock, dance-pop and ballads with Latin roots, a sound characteristic of melodic pop from the early 90s. Among the best-known tracks are «Just Another Day», «Angel» and «I'm Free», which show both the rhythmic and ballad sides of the artist.
Produced by Emilio Estefan Jr., Jorge Casas and Clay Ostwald, it reached number 15 on the Billboard 200 chart and sold over six million copies.
For those seeking Latin pop and melodic ballads from the 90s.
