«SMS» is the single by Belle, released in 2002 on Double Dance Records, on CD.
An electronic and trance track evoking text-message communication on early mobile phones. The cover reproduces the interface of a 2002 phone: artist Belle appears on the screen alongside a received SMS notification, with battery and signal icons, and physical buttons such as YES, MENU and NO. The release is associated with the aesthetic and sound of dance music of the era.
For listeners of early-2000s electronic and trance music, as well as those seeking CD editions with retro-mobile aesthetics.
