«Some Places Are Forever Afternoon (11 Places For Richard Hugo)» is the jazz album by Wayne Horvitz, released in 2015 by Songlines Recordings, on CD.

The album, composed of eleven pieces for septet, is inspired by the figure and poems of American poet Richard Hugo (1923-1982). Its music moves between avant-garde jazz, Americana, and classical, creating open soundscapes where melody and form dialogue with the verses that title each place.
