«Standard Stuff For Drama» is the CD maxi single by GusGus, released on Warner Bros. Records in 1997.
With the tracks «Poly», «Believe» and «Barry», GusGus combines trip hop, techno and acid in a hypnotic production, with danceable rhythms and synthetic passages that reflect the most experimental side of the Icelandic band in the nineties.
US edition with catalog number 9 43941-2; the cover adds the subtitle «I will come when I am ready».
For listeners of alternative electronic music who appreciate the club sound and textures of the late nineties.
