«The Fall» is the pop rock album by American singer-songwriter Norah Jones, released by Blue Note Records in 2009 on CD.
Norah Jones's fourth studio album moves her away from her jazz roots towards a sound closer to pop rock and alternative rock, with electric guitars and dense production. The lyrics deal with heartbreak and personal changes, in a repertoire of 13 songs including «Chasing Pirates» and «Young Blood».
CD, in English. Released by Blue Note Records.
Recommended for those who want to discover the more rock-oriented and electric side of Norah Jones, far from the jazz of her early albums.
