«The September Sessions» is the soundtrack to the Jack Johnson movie on CD, released by Moonshine Conspiracy in 2002.
The soundtrack brings together ten tracks that maintain the relaxed atmosphere of the film, between blues rock, country rock and acoustic passages. The acoustic guitar is present on «Pirate Looks at 40» and «F-Stop Blues», and also featured are «Grey's Groove» (Greyboy with Karl Denson) and «Willow Tree» (G. Love & Special Sauce).
The CD contains ten tracks and has a duration of about 36 minutes. The movie of the same name is produced by Kelly Slater.
For fans of Jack Johnson's acoustic sound and laid-back, beachy movie soundtracks.
