The Waterboys es el álbum debut de la banda de rock británica The Waterboys, lanzado originalmente en 1983. Esta edición remasterizada de 2002 incluye las canciones originales del álbum, además de siete pistas adicionales inéditas. El álbum presenta una mezcla de rock, folk y elementos de la música celta, estableciendo el sonido característico de la banda. Producido por Mike Scott, excepto "A Girl Called Johnny" y "A Boy In Black Leather" producidas por Rupert Hine. Grabado entre diciembre de 1981 y noviembre de 1982 en Redshop Studio, Londres y Farmyard Studio, Little Chalfont.
