«To Whom It May Concern» is the album by The Pasadenas, released in 1988 by CBS, on CD.
The record combines R&B, soul and funk with catchy choruses and danceable rhythms, very representative of late-eighties British pop. Among its tracks stand out «Riding on a Train» and the ballad «Enchanted Lady», two of its most remembered songs.
It reached number one on the UK albums chart and was certified platinum by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI).
