«Tokyo Tales» is the live album by German power metal band Blind Guardian, released on CD by Virgin in 1998.
Recorded during Blind Guardian's Japanese tour in 1992, the album captures the energy of those concerts and the atmosphere created by the audience. The repertoire comes from the studio albums Blind Guardian had released up to that point, and the cover shows a stage photo with the title in English and Japanese, 東京物語.
Released as a single-disc CD within power metal; the edition corresponds to the Virgin label. The cover features the name Blind Guardian and the Japanese inscription 東京物語.
For fans of Blind Guardian and 90s German power metal who want to hear the band live with a repertoire from their early albums.
