«10 ans de liberté» is the autobiographical testimony of Natascha Kampusch, published by Le Livre de Poche in paperback (288 pages, in French).
After escaping in 2006 from eight years of captivity, Natascha Kampusch reflects on her return to life: painful and beautiful experiences, dreams and nightmares, humanitarian projects, and her support for young people marked by suffering. The book explores whether it is possible to free oneself from a terrible past and rebuild after trauma.
The work was originally published in German as «10 Jahre Freiheit». Natascha Kampusch had already recounted her captivity in «3096 jours».
Will appeal to readers of true crime, memoirs, and stories of overcoming adversity.

Natascha Maria Kampusch is an Austrian author and former talk show host. At the age of 10, on 2 March 1998, she was abducted and held in a secret cellar by her kidnapper, Wolfgang Přiklopil, for more than eight years, until she escaped on 23 August 2006. Upon her escape, Přiklopil died by suicide by train at a nearby station. She has written a book about her ordeal, 3,096 Days (2010), which was later adapted into a film that was released in 2013.
