«300» is the war-historical comic by Frank Miller and Lynn Varley, published by Norma Editorial in hardcover (96 pages, in Spanish).
In 480 BC, the Persian army of Xerxes advances unstoppably towards Greece; only a handful of warriors stand in its way: 300 Spartans led by King Leonidas, who, despite the betrayal of a compatriot, go from being soldiers to becoming a legend. The work combines an epic narrative with a striking visual style of dark tones and great drama, and is considered a key piece of modern historical comics.
First installment of the «300» series by Frank Miller, also published in Catalan. It was adapted into a movie by Zack Snyder in 2006, starring Gerard Butler.
