«¡A mí qué me importa!» is Concha Blanco's children's novel, published by Bruño in paperback (168 pages, in Spanish).
María is a girl who takes words literally and doesn't understand why adults use expressions like «venir muerta». Her reflections at home, especially with her grandmother, play with the double meaning of language and show everyday family situations, told with humor and from her point of view.
It belongs to the Altamar collection and was a reading book for 3rd grade of Primary Education. Illustrations by Xan López Domínguez; the cover mentions an honorable mention from the Lazarillo Prize.
Recommended for children ages 8 and up, particularly for readers who are starting to read alone and enjoy humorous stories.
