In this 144th issue of the Magos del Humor collection, Mortadelo and Filemón face a new mission in which the T.I.A. decides to save money by recycling technology. With the economic crisis, the agency returns to using outdated methods and weapons, such as slingshots and catapults. Mortadelo and Filemón must test the effectiveness of these objects, which inevitably leads to chaos and comical situations. In this adventure, they even end up blowing up Congress, forcing them to flee as usual.
