«Mortadelo y Filemón. El Kamikaze Regúlez» is the humor comic by Francisco Ibáñez, published by Bruguera in hardcover (48 pages, in Spanish).
The T.I.A. tasks Mortadelo and Filemón with neutralizing Flumencio Regúlez, a disguise expert who, at odds with society, plans to attack the headquarters and himself.
