«Aingeru» is the children's book by Aitor Arana Luzuriaga, published by Editorial Ibaizabal in hardcover (88 pages, in Basque).
The narrative starts from the idea that angels live in heaven and asks why they don't come down to earth, or if perhaps they do when no one is watching. It also explores whether there are people capable of seeing them and what someone would have to do to achieve that, turning a child's doubt into the core of the story.
It is number 34 in the Matxinsalto collection, in a school edition, and is recommended for readers aged 8 to 10.
A book for boys and girls aged 8 and up who read in Basque and enjoy stories that raise questions about the invisible.
