«Alicia Volátil» is the illustrated poetry collection by Sofía Rhei, published by Cangrejo Pistolero Ediciones in paperback (89 pages, in Spanish).
The collection takes up the figure of Alice: time has passed, Alice is an adult, and an aged Reverend Dodgson slips his last letter behind the silvering of a mirror. That gesture fuses all the Alices —the girl, the teenager and the woman— and the verses leap from one age to another, between lost paradise, gravity and speed.
Number 14 in the Illustrated Poetry collection. Foreword by Amalia Iglesias; illustrations by Ignacio Vleming, Sofía Rhei and Lewis Carroll.
For readers of contemporary and experimental poetry, and for those who want to rediscover the world of Alice in Wonderland.
