«All Join In» is a picture book of children's poems by Quentin Blake, published by Red Fox in paperback (32 pages, in English).
Seven sound-filled, playful poems to recite aloud, illustrated by Quentin Blake himself: everyday and absurd scenes that invite noise-making, like banging kitchen pots or enjoying a rainy day like ducks. Includes «All Join In», «The Hooter Song», «Nice Weather for Ducks» and «Sorting Out the Kitchen Pans».
The book originally appeared in 1990 and Red Fox published this edition in 1992. It won the Kurt Maschler Award and was a finalist for the Smarties Prize.
The book is suitable for young children and for read-aloud sessions at home or in the classroom, thanks to its sound-rich rhymes and humor.
