«Amado monstruo» is a work of fiction by Javier Tomeo, published by Heraldo de Aragón in paperback (78 pages, in Spanish).
Antonio, at thirty, defies his possessive mother and applies for work as a security guard at a bank. Krugger, the personnel manager, subjects him to an intense interrogation. Between the two emerges a common bond: the obsession with the maternal figure; the dialogue moves from the grotesque to horror and ends up leaking an abominable secret.
