«Anoche hablé con la luna» is the young adult novel by Alfredo Gómez Cerdá, published by Luis Vives Editorial in paperback (178 pages, in Spanish).
Luz is a young woman who keeps a painful experience to herself: she feels ashamed and thinks that perhaps it is not happening to her, but to a friend. Alone and afraid to ask for help, she seeks a desperate escape. With symbolic and very delicate language, the novel addresses child abuse and the importance of breaking the silence.
The novel is the third title in the Sueños de Papel collection from Edelvives.
A read for young people that sensitively addresses a delicate social issue and the need to seek help.
