«Aquí y ahora» is the book of political conversations by François Mitterrand, published by Argos Vergara in paperback (270 pages, in Spanish).
The text originates from conversations between François Mitterrand and Guy Claisse, in which the author reviews the politics and history of France since 1945. The volume opens with a prologue by Felipe González and combines analysis of the past with reflection on the present from Mitterrand's personal perspective.
The work was published in Barcelona by Argos Vergara in 1981, with a translation by Enrique Sordo.
A book for readers interested in the politics and history of twentieth-century France.
François Maurice Adrien Marie Mitterrand was President of France from 1981 to 1995. He was the longest holder of that position in the history of France and the first left-wing politician to assume the presidency under the Fifth Republic.
