«Archetyp» is the humor comic by Ralf König, published by Rowohlt Taschenbuch in paperback (140 pages, in German).
Ralf König reinterprets the flood with humor: God decides to flood the earth and only Noah, a short, far-from-heroic character, is saved aboard the ark. The biblical legend gives rise to a light-hearted satire with caricatured animals and irreverent dialogue, dismantling the scriptures panel by panel.
Second installment of Ralf König's «Bibel-Trilogie», published in 2010. The series, satirical in tone, rewrites passages from the Bible.
For those who enjoy religious satire and author-driven graphic humor, as well as for fans of Ralf König.
