«Ariadna al laberint grotesc» is the short story collection by Salvador Espriu, published by Edicions 62 in paperback (160 pages, in Catalan).
The volume brings together narratives in which Salvador Espriu offers a grotesque vision of the social, political and cultural reality of the country. With characters that avoid psychologism and innovative literary devices, the work reflects the author's concerns and obsessions; it is considered one of his most representative narrative works.
The second edition of «Ariadna al laberint grotesc», published in 1979, belongs to the El Cangur collection; the work originally appeared in 1935.
