«Asesinato en directo» is the crime novel by Ben Elton, published by Ma Non Troppo in hardcover (345 pages, in Spanish).
Strangers lock themselves in a house, filmed by reality show cameras. When a corpse appears, ratings soar: everyone wants to know who killed, how they managed under constant surveillance, and whether there will be another victim. Ben Elton turns the premise into a biting satire of fame, ambition, and trash TV.
The novel was originally published as Dead Famous, with Spanish translation by Raquel Luz. Winner of the Martin Beck Award in 2003.
An option for thriller and satire readers looking for a story with social critique and humor.
