«Aspectos» is a collection of short stories by Salvador Espriu, published by Plaza & Janés in paperback in 1986 (121 pages, in Spanish).
The volume brings together twelve stories by the Catalan author in which death, solitude and lack of communication are portrayed through very diverse characters. Stories such as «La riada», «Cactus» and «Orestes» are a good example of short fiction that makes one reflect.
Translation by Núria Lago, from the original Catalan «Aspectes»; the edition belongs to the Plaza & Janés/novel collection.
A work aimed at readers of short fiction and those interested in twentieth-century Catalan literature.
Salvador Espriu i Castelló was a Catalan poet from Spain.
