«Bäbis tittut» is the children's book by Ann Forslind, published by Alfabeta in hardcover (24 pages, in Swedish).
The book proposes a game of peekaboo: first Bäbis disappears and then her mother; each scene asks where each one is and the answer is resolved with a ¡tittut!, the Swedish onomatopoeia for hide-and-seek. Simple and expressive illustrations on intense color backgrounds, designed for the youngest readers.
It belongs to the Bäbis series; the back cover announces «Bäbis arg» and «Bäbis dansar». Ann Forslind is author and illustrator; she received the Elsa Beskowplaketten for her illustrations.
Designed for babies and children aged 0 to 3: a first book to read, look at and play with as a family.
