Synopsis of Balbino y las sirenas
Balbino y su tío Cornelio tienen la brillante idea de conseguir unas sirenas para Gadeira, con la intención de que la isla adquiera fama y prestigio. Para atraerlas, se valen de todo tipo de artimañas. Finalmente, un día aparece una sirena, pero no es como ellos la imaginaban: es anciana, no puede cantar y no es hermosa, aunque sí tiene un gran corazón. Cuando por fin se presentan las sirenas que ellos desean, surgen las complicaciones, pues enloquecen con su canto a los habitantes de la isla, y necesitarán la ayuda de la anciana sirena, de Hércules y de Cornelio Mutis para recuperar la isla.
