«Barcelona Negra» is the crime fiction anthology edited by Ernesto Mallo and published by Siruela in 2016 in paperback (160 pages, in Spanish).
Ten Spanish-language crime writers take part in this anthology with stories set in as many Barcelona neighborhoods, from Nou Barris to Vallbona. The tales combine ambition, desire and revenge in encounters that tend to go wrong, and the whole paints a criminal portrait of the city and of the urban dweller's solitude.
The work belongs to Siruela's Nuevos Tiempos collection, number 344.
Recommended for readers of crime fiction and detective stories, especially those who enjoy urban tales set in Barcelona.
