«Barcelona Suites: Onze contes» is a collection of eleven short stories by Diversos autors, published by Univers Llibres in paperback, with 160 pages, in Catalan.
The title plays on the double meaning of suite: the musical piece and the hotel room overlooking the city. Eleven authors sign eleven independent stories set in Barcelona, a mosaic of contemporary voices portraying urban life from different perspectives.
Published in 2019; first volume of the Univers collection. Authors include Xavier Bosch, Empar Moliner, Sergi Pàmies, Llucia Ramis and Sílvia Soler.
Suitable for adult readers fond of contemporary narrative in Catalan and stories with an urban backdrop.
