Ben is a young adult novel written by Care Santos and translated into Galician by Maria Xesús Gómez Sanjurjo. The story tells the life of a young man named Ben, a character who awakens fascination and rejection in equal parts. The plot begins at a funeral, that of Ben himself, murdered at the age of 24. Through the memories of those who knew him, his life is reconstructed and reflects on the impact he had on those around him. A story about memory, memories and how they shape our perception of others.
