Boîte à lettres

Synopsis of Boîte à lettres

«Boîte à lettres» is a children's book by Noëlla Lecomte with illustrations by Madeleine Brunelet, in paperback (47 pages, in French).

Myriam writes letters throughout a year to her newborn cousin, her dog, a sick friend, Santa Claus, the night, and the Easter hen. These texts form the chronicle of an ordinary year and, with freshness and imagination, invite young readers to write their own letters.

Published in 1998, it is part of the «Lampe de poche» collection from Grasset Jeunesse, within the publisher's children's and young adult catalogue.

Aimed at young readers who are starting to write and enjoy everyday stories in epistolary format.
