«Calinours va faire les courses» is the children's picture book by Alain Broutin and Frédéric Stehr, published by L'Ecole des Loisirs in paperback.
It is snowing in the forest and all the animals are sleeping safe in their homes. Calinours, a little white bear, is not sleepy and goes out with his basket to do the shopping. Along the way, among snowflakes and rhymes, he meets other forest inhabitants.
The text is by Alain Broutin and the illustrations by Frédéric Stehr; the French edition, from 2001, has 32 pages and belongs to the Calinours series.
Suitable for children aged 3 to 5. Its winter setting and animal characters make it close to bedtime stories.
