«Campos enteros llenos de flores» is the short story collection by Martín Casariego Córdoba, published by El Aleph Editores in paperback (144 pages).
Romantic disappointment and the perplexity of relationships mark these stories, presented as the work of the imaginary failed writer Máximo C. Three of them portray the end of the 1940 school year, a reunion with an old girlfriend in 1968, and a marital crisis in 2000, forming a biography between novel, story, and confession.
Volume 143 of the Modernos y Clásicos collection; first edition, published in Barcelona in 2001.
Aimed at adult readers of contemporary Spanish fiction interested in stories about heartbreak and relationships.
