Synopsis of Camps de maduixes

«Camps de maduixes» is the young adult novel by Jordi Sierra i Fabra, published by Cruïlla in paperback (160 pages, in Catalan).

After a night at a club, Luci ends up in a coma from an ecstasy pill. Her friends piece together what happened while the boy in love with her looks for the dealer, her best friend finally confronts herself, and a journalist tries to uncover the case. A realistic portrait of the danger of designer drugs and nightlife.

Part of the Gran Angular collection. It is the Catalan version of «Campos de fresas», the original novel that Jordi Sierra i Fabra published in 1997.

Recommended for young people aged 14 to 16 and common as school reading in high schools.
