«Carote in fuga» is the children's book from the Primissime letture series, Level 2, by Barbara Franco, published by Gribaudo in hardcover (32 pages, Italian).
Pietro and his little elephant Quid set off on a fun chase: the carrots have escaped and their big family joins them. The story is designed for those beginning to read in Italian to practice the hard sounds of the language: ca, co, cu, ga, go, gu, chi and che. The illustrations help follow the plot and the typography used favors independent reading.

Aimed at children aged 5 and over who are beginning to read in Italian, as well as families and educators looking for educational support for primary school.
