In 'Closed in Winter,' Inspector William Wisting faces a disturbing case: a man murdered in a summer house on the Norwegian coast. His daughter Line, a journalist, discovers another body nearby. As more corpses surface, Wisting delves into European organized crime. The situation is complicated when birds in the region die en masse. This crime novel, the first of the Wisting quartet, presents enigmas and fascinating characters in a meticulous and masterful plot.
