«Com Obèlix va caure a la marmita del druida quan era petit» is the children's comic by Goscinny, Uderzo and Alfred Sala, published by Salvat (32 pages, in Catalan).
The comic tells the decisive moment in Obelix's life: when he was a six-year-old boy, he fell into the druid's cauldron of magic potion. That accident gave him superhuman strength and marked him as Asterix's inseparable companion. With the series' characteristic humor, it recounts how that day happened and its consequences.
It belongs to the Asterix series; its original French title is Comment Obélix est tombé dans la marmite du druide quand il était petit (1989).
Suitable for children and young readers, and for fans of Asterix's adventures.

René Goscinny was a French comic editor and writer, who created the Asterix comic book series with illustrator Albert Uderzo. Born in France to a Jewish family from Poland, he spent his childhood in Argentina where he attended French schools and later lived in the United States for a short period of time. There he met Belgian cartoonist Morris. After his return to France, they collaborated for more than 20 years on the comic series Lucky Luke.
