«Con la congoja de la pasada tormenta» is the short story collection by Horacio Castellanos Moya, published by Tusquets Editores in paperback (308 pages).
Stories featuring fugitives, exiles and witnesses of violence who live with fear clinging to exile. Some tales arise from war, others from banishment or human relationships, and in all of them solitude or anguish prevails; alcohol and brothels are passing reliefs that impose a double life.
The volume's subtitle is «Casi todos los cuentos»; it is part of Tusquets' Andanzas collection and its original edition dates from 1995.
Horacio Castellanos Moya is a novelist, short story writer, and journalist. He was born in Honduras but grew up in El Salvador, and is considered one of the country's most important writers.
