«Concha y Mariano» is Forges' humor comic, published by Aguilar in paperback (170 pages, in Spanish).
The book brings together cartoons starring Concha and Mariano, a couple who turn everyday situations into absurd scenes: car trips, shouting matches and misunderstandings between men and women, with the direct humor and wordplay characteristic of Forges.
It belongs to the 'Guías Prodigiosas' and 'La Neurona Feliz' collections, in its 1997 Spanish edition.
For readers fond of graphic humor and social satire, especially fans of Forges.
Forges is a commune in the Seine-et-Marne department in the Île-de-France region in north-central France.
