«Contes per canviar el món» is a children's and young adult storybook by José Luis Gallego, published by Viena in paperback (239 pages, in Catalan).
The book starts from the idea that changing the world is not only up to politicians or big companies, but to small everyday gestures. It brings together stories of boys and girls who already do it: shopping with a cloth bag, cleaning the sea, reusing glasses or taking in an abandoned animal. It tells them to highlight friendship, solidarity and respect for the environment.
The work, classified as Children's and Young Adult, is illustrated by Andy Noguerón; it is the first edition, from 2007, with recommended reading from age 9.
For young readers in Catalan and for mediators who want to foster ecological awareness and values such as solidarity and friendship.
