«Conversaciones con Woody Allen» is Eric Lax's book of interviews, published by Debolsillo in paperback (485 pages, in Spanish).
In this volume, Eric Lax gathered the fruit of more than thirty years of conversations with Woody Allen, supplemented by visits to his film sets. The filmmaker reviews his work as director, screenwriter, actor and composer, his references and influences, and the way he chooses his performers, all sprinkled with anecdotes and his usual irony.
It is the Spanish translation of the original «Conversations with Woody Allen» (2007), done by Ángeles Leiva Morales.
Suitable for admirers of Woody Allen and readers interested in filmmaking.
Eric Lax is an American author who has written books on modern medicine, four books on Woody Allen including a biography, and a personal memoir Faith: Interrupted about deep religious attachment that he had in his youth and then his loss of Christian faith at a later part of his life.
