During a family vacation at a campsite on the Costa Brava, Irene hopes to grow closer to her husband, Jacco. But then an unexpected encounter puts everything in a different light. After Irene van Hout discovers that her husband Jacco has cheated on her, a difficult time begins. Irene wants to think things over, but the summer vacation is just around the corner and their children, Nikki and Stef, are looking forward to the annual camping trip. Although Irene is unsure about her future with Jacco, she decides to go ahead with the vacation. Her younger sister, Rianne, joins them, providing a welcome distraction.
