«Crim de Germania» is the historical novel by Josep Lozano, published by Eliseu Climent in paperback (300 pages, in Valencian).
The action begins with a banquet that Queen Germana de Foix convenes to reconcile her vassals after the harsh repression of the Germanías, but no one attends. From there, episodes of the bloody struggle between the people and the nobility unfold, a story that can also be read in a contemporary key.
Winner of the Premi Crítica Serra d'Or de Novel·la (1981), it belongs to the L'Estel collection from Tres i Quatre (no. 1) and includes an introductory study by Vicent Salvador.
For readers of Valencian historical fiction and literature in Valencian, with a reading that connects the past with current themes.
