«Cuatro corazones con freno y marcha atrás / Los ladrones somos gente honrada» is a theater volume by Enrique Jardiel Poncela in paperback (Austral).
The volume brings together two plays by Enrique Jardiel Poncela. In «Cuatro corazones con freno y marcha atrás», some immortals end up discontented and rejuvenate. «Los ladrones somos gente honrada» is a comedy of intrigue defined by its author as pure entertainment, without psychological or philosophical pretensions.
The two plays, originally from 1936 and 1941 respectively, appear in an edition prepared by Fernando Valls and David Roas.
